West Virginians Brave Summer Heat to Hear Will Graham Preach

July 25 concluded the three-day Mountain State Celebration with Will Graham at Fairmont State University. More than 4,700 people heard the Gospel on the hilltop campus in Fairmont, West Virginia. Continue to pray for the local churches to foster relationships with those who trusted in Christ.
Underneath the bright blue skies, many lifted their hands in response to the worship music. From the front row to the back of the stadium, people engaged in the uplifting melodies.

Jordan Feliz joked, "Well, it's not cold out here," as he welcomed the sun-drenched crowd with his energetic music and warm personality.
Margaret Ball explained the Gospel to a 9-year-old boy who came forward after the message. "He was so excited. His whole family came down, too," she said. The boy's mother and sister also put their trust in Jesus Christ. Have you put your trust in Jesus? >>Don't wait, find peace with God now.
The Afters' lead vocalist, Josh Havens, welcomed kids onto the stage to dance to an energetic song.
Umbrellas dotted the crowd as the sun scorched the green hills of West Virginia late Sunday afternoon.
"Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands." —Psalm 63:3-4, ESV
"All I can do is point to the one who saved me, His name is Jesus. And Jesus can save your life," preached Will Graham. His message focused on Luke 15:11-32, the story of the Prodigal Son. In the same way the Prodigal Son was welcomed back with open arms, so is anyone who chooses to trust in Jesus.
Hundreds clapped along to familiar songs and even a new song performed live by The Afters.
Josh Havens stunned the crowd when he hopped off stage and took pictures with fans while he sang.

Will Graham, holding a booklet containing the Gospel of John, explains the value of reading Scripture consistently. He encouraged everyone who prayed to receive Jesus Christ to read at least one chapter each night.
Fairmont believers put their faith in action this weekend as hundreds of volunteers helped make this Celebration happen. Pray for those who trusted in Jesus to continue to grow deeper in their faith.
"One of the things I feel called to say every single day I play music is, you are loved and cherished by the Creator of the universe." Jordan Feliz told this to the crowd right before he sang "Beloved."
