Your friend is probably very sincere, and she certainly may be convinced that these experiences she has had are valid — but no, she isn’t right.
Your friend apparently believes in what is called “reincarnation” — that is, the belief that when we die we return to earth (perhaps in another form), and we keep doing this indefinitely. Behind this is the belief that we are sinful and not ready for heaven, and the only way we can get ready is to have more time on earth so we can do more good works.
But the Bible is clear: We will live only one life on this earth, and once we die we don’t return here but we enter eternity. The Bible says, “Man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). The reason we don’t return is because we could never make ourselves acceptable to God — no matter how long we had. But Christ came to take away our sins, and all we need to do is trust Him for our salvation.
Pray for your friend, and urge her to turn from the path she is following and turn instead to Jesus Christ. He alone can give her the peace and security she seeks, for He alone is “the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).
