- We receive several applications for a single position. In the course of a year, we receive several thousand new applications. We strive to make sure every qualified applicant is considered.

- We generally do not discuss salary until an applicant is invited to interview. At that time, we are glad to discuss a range for the position. It is strongly advised that applicants list a desired salary. This amount should be within your ability to consider the opportunity.

- We don’t typically offer work-from-home or telecommuting opportunities with the exception of our Prayer Line employees. This position provides the opportunity to pray with callers over the phone and share the Gospel without leaving home.
