Chaplains on the Ground in Texas

Eight chaplains with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team are on the ground in Van, Texas. They are being the hands and feet of Christ by loving, comforting and praying for residents who have been affected by the tornado that ripped through the town on Mother’s Day.
