On a new episode of her Fearless podcast, Cissie Graham Lynch invites pastor Gary Hamrick from Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg, Virginia, to explore the book of Proverbs where the word “wisdom” shows up 51 times.
“If the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, how does this help us overcome the fear-based messaging in our culture?” Lynch asked.
Pastor Hamrick explained the difference between “worldly” and “heavenly” wisdom.
“Proverbs reminds us we have to press into the Lord if we’re going to sift through all of the nonsense, chaos, [and] fear,” he said.
