Visit Soon: Fall Colors on Display at the Billy Graham Library
Hues of orange, red and yellow highlight the grounds of the
Billy Graham Library
in Charlotte, North Carolina. Now is a great time to visit as the leaves are turning. The Library is open Monday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free—and so is the view.
The Memorial Prayer Garden offers a peaceful setting to sit and enjoy the surroundings or take a leisurely stroll. The garden includes the burial site of Billy Graham and Ruth Bell Graham, as well as longtime ministry partners George Beverly Shea and Cliff Barrows.
Do you have family coming to town over the holidays? Bring them to the Library to explore Billy Graham's childhood home and take the free, interactive
Journey of Faith
tour, which tells how God used this farm boy to reach the world with the Gospel.
Next year will bring exciting new changes to the Library as it's revamped. To accommodate those changes, the Library will be closed December 27 through late spring 2022, so get a visit in now.
Read more about upcoming changes, including the addition of the Billy Graham Archive and Research Center.
Sunlight peeking through God's beautiful creation.
Billy Graham Rapid Response Team chaplains are typically available to listen to and pray with those who visit the gravesites of Billy and Ruth Graham.
Many people who visit the Library comment on a certain peace that falls over the grounds. Come rest your soul for a while during this busy holiday season.
Christmas at the Library takes place November 29 through December 23 and includes numerous family friendly activities celebrating the birth of Christ and reflecting the joy of this season. >>
