Billy Graham Chaplains Minister After Virginia Beach Shooting
The
Billy Graham Rapid Response Team (RRT)
is ministering in Virginia Beach, Virginia, after a shooter killed 12 people and injured others at a city building on May 31.
A blue-shirted chaplain talks with a woman who has been affected by the country's worst mass shooting of 2019.
The community has rallied together to remember the lives lost by sharing condolences at a memorial site.
Greg Zanis (left), who runs Crosses for Losses, built one white cross for each of the 12 who were tragically killed on Friday. Whenever there's a disaster in the nation where many lose their lives, Zanis' nonprofit organization builds crosses to serve communities as they mourn.
Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."
>> Do you have a broken heart?
Trust in God today.
Please pray for the heavy-hearted community and families of Virginia Beach.
