“Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all offenses.” —Proverbs 10:12 (ESV)
In this 1961 Hour of Decision radio program, Billy Graham has tough words for Christians who fight with one another and don’t extend love to those who don’t share their views.
“Church leaders across America need to get on their knees and read Romans 12:9-10: ‘Let love be sincere. Abhor that which is evil. Cleave to that which is good. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love in honor preferring one another,'” he said.
“At this critical hour in history, let us forget our differences and stand together.”
