Does each person have a guardian angel that watches over them? I'd like to think so, but if we do have a special angel protecting us, then why do we still have accidents and things like that?

Whenever I’m asked why bad things happen to us, I have to admit that I don’t have a full answer to that question. Evil is real, and none of us are free from its devastation.

But the Bible does tell us that for the believer nothing happens outside God’s control–and yes, if we know Christ, His angels continually watch over us. The Bible says that God “will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways” (Psalm 91:11). It also teaches that the angels–although they are largely unseen–watch over us and work for our good. The Bible says, “Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?” (Hebrews 1:14).

Rather than only one angel, therefore, God surrounds us with a host of angels to protect us and go before us. Even when hard times come, Satan can never snatch us away from their protection–and some day they will escort us safely to heaven. The reality of God’s angels should give us great confidence in the Bible’s promises.

While the angels are real, we are not to become preoccupied with them or to worship them. Only God is worthy of our worship, and only Christ saves us. Trust Him alone as your Savior, for “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

    Psalm 91.

  8. Leticia says:

I need a prayer.. a few days ago I woke up suddenly at night. I knew there was an evil force around me. I started praying non stop.. I will never forget that night.. I know demons are following me, but I know that the Lord won’t leave me by myself. I’m just scared..

    1. Laura says:

Play Jesus culture on Pandora on level 2. You can’t hear it but the demons can and they won’t bother you. I have to play music every night or I will get an attack.

    2. Jennifer says:

They want you because they know God has a special purpose for you. They can attack you at any time, even in your dreams. Rebuke Satan and all his demons in the Name of Jesus Christ. Rebuke all evil, lies, tricks, and manipulations from yourself, the room you’re in, etc in the Name of Jesus Christ. It will work. It’s not permanent, but just remember, no matter what they say or do, God had to give it His authority. God will never allow evil to overcome the light. And read Isaiah 54. It is life changing. You will never stop readingng it. It’s full of love, mercy, grace, and redemption. And when you get to verse 14 you will feel empowered by the Lord, and the remaining verses with resound fiercely inside of you. You have great work ahead.

    3. Pam Rosa says:

That happens to me. I have learned to say the Lord’s prayer in my dreams. Sometimes they try to confuse me so I can’t continue saying it, so I just start over every time and eventually I get it out, and they leave. You may have the gift of discernment. It can be scary. There are rules. You can “clean” your home, or a hotel room (it’s yours for the duration of your stay). You need to discern what brought them in. If you feel you need to use olive oil and prayer on something, do it.

    4. amber says:

We will pray for you that those demons do not snatch you.

  9. Angela says:

Enjoyed reading this message. Psalm 91 is a favorite of mine.

  10. Prince Obeng says:

I believe scriptures that I have an angel, but is there any deeds I can do to keep them closer always or push them away?
