The Charlotte-based ministry Cakeable trains and equips teens and adults with special needs, with the goal of helping them succeed in the workforce.
As they work in a commercial kitchen and sell their delicious treats at local markets and pop-ups, they share the light of Christ.
“We know that first and foremost, that people with disabilities are created by God on purpose, with intention to display His glory,” said Cakeable co-founder Renee Ratcliffe.
Hear her story, and meet some of the Cakeable students in part 3 of this “More Than Our Abilities” series from GPS: God. People. Stories.
