In Native Land, Will Graham Speaks About Creator of All
About 100 miles outside South Dakota’s capital of Pierre, Will Graham shared the Gospel with hundreds on the Rosebud Reservation. It’s one of two Native American communities where he preached during the

.
Rosebud’s grasslands are scattered with Ponderosa Pine forests, steep hills and deep ravines. The reservation on South Dakota’s southern border extends over 922,000 acres.
Sprinkled throughout the rodeo grounds were

chaplains, whose blue shirts and fluorescent vests made it easy to spot them in the crowd. The crisis-trained chaplains—who typically respond to disasters and tragedies—were available to pray with people facing their own daily stressors.
Even as the sun doused the outdoor stage, Christian rapper KB brought the heat with his powerful lyrics and heartfelt stories. “Jesus is the kind of Savior that doesn’t run from the scary places,” he said. “God longs to walk with you.”
Well-known worship songs led by Joshua Chavez Band, including “This Is Amazing Grace” and “Great Are You Lord,” echoed across the vast South Dakota landscape.
“Who rules the nations with truth and justice, shines like the sun in all of its brilliance? The King of glory, the King above all kings,” the crowd sang.
Local believers talked and prayed with every person who responded to the Good News on Saturday.
