In late August 1963, Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.
“That dream that he envisioned is disappearing for many Americans. Our country is drifting away from God so quickly,” Franklin Graham said. “The only hope for this nation is God.”
Fifty-seven years later, Graham is leading the Washington Prayer March 2020 to take our nation’s needs directly to God. He’s inviting families and churches to join him on the 1.8-mile march from the Lincoln Memorial to the U.S. Capitol on Saturday, September 26.
“Our country needs healing, it needs forgiveness, we need repentance,” he said.
