While in Lee County, Florida, Franklin Graham noticed the streets lined with furniture after people’s homes were flooded in Hurricane Ian.
“It just breaks your heart,” he said. “But the chaplains are encouraging them, loving them, praying with them.”
As homeowners endure the aftermath of the Category 4 storm, crisis-trained chaplains from the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team are offering a listening ear and prayer.
“The most important part of all that we do is spiritual, leading a person to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,” Graham said.
