Chaplains in Florida After Hurricane Irma: There’s ‘Tremendous’ Ministry to be Done

Billy Graham Rapid Response Team chaplains are deployed to communities or shelters in seven Florida cities—Key West, Fort Myers, Naples, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Tampa and Cocoa Beach.
