The Billy Graham Rapid Response Team is ministering in Bartlesville, Oklahoma—one of the cities hit hardest by a series of storms and tornadoes that battered Central United States early this month.
“I was watching television—all of the sudden, the house dropped,” one man said, describing the terrifying moment raging winds caused part of his home to collapse.
