Kendra Graham, wife of evangelist Will Graham, challenged and encouraged more than 700 women on Tuesday night about God’s “Unrestrained Grace.”

On what seemed like any other Tuesday night, Kendra Graham was preparing to speak in Johnstown, Colorado.

The wife of evangelist Will Graham had come from North Carolina to talk about “Unrestrained Grace: When God Does Extraordinary Things to Draw Us Closer.”

It quickly became clear that this was no ordinary evening. More than 700 women from different denominations, backgrounds, and communities came together for Biblical teaching, spiritual encouragement, and heartfelt worship.

“It is thrilling to see the appetite of women for a deeper walk with God,” Billy Graham Evangelistic Association vice president Steve Rhoads said of the turnout. “The Look Up Celebration in Northern Colorado with Will Graham is a wonderful opportunity for the church to pray and reach the lost. And this night – to enjoy fellowship and study the Bible together – is a great way to start.

“I believe everyone walked away encouraged in the Lord.”

Kendra Graham’s message from the book of Acts focused on the amazing things God does to draw people closer to Himself.

The event was held at Roosevelt High School Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Colorado, in advance of the Northern Colorado Look Up Celebration with Will Graham. The two-night event (Oct. 5–6) is uniting churches and providing a way for Christians to bring their friends and neighbors to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Kendra Graham spoke to the women about having a real relationship with Jesus Christ and the importance of daily fellowship with Him.

“Nothing is more important for Christians than to grow in grace and the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ,” Rhoads said.

Starting August 5, BGEA will be holding Christian Life and Witness Courses in various locations around northern Colorado to help train Christians in how to practically share their faith. And in September, Pursuit classes will do the same for area youth.

The ministry is also hosting a pastor’s conference with The Brooklyn Tabernacle pastor Jim Cymbala on August 22 to encourage local pastors in ministry.

“Northern Colorado is a mission field,” Rhoads said. “There’s a wide door of opportunity for the Gospel.”

Will you pray for the Northern Colorado Look Up Celebration with Will Graham?  Ask the Lord to mobilize His church and open hearts across the region to the Gospel.

Hundreds of women representing many different churches came together and worshiped as one on Tuesday in Johnstown, Colorado.
