Stop 1—Brownsville, Texas: The God Loves You Frontera Tour with Franklin Graham kicks off in the southern tip of the Lone Star State. Starting Feb. 24, the free, one-night evangelistic outreaches will take place in seven Texas cities before continuing to Arizona and then ending in California on March 9. Pray that many who don’t know Jesus Christ as their Savior will attend the bilingual events.
Stop 2—McAllen, Texas: McAllen is located near the U.S.-Mexico border—or “frontera” in Spanish. Will you pray for the Holy Spirit to soften people’s hearts toward Him as this tour nears? Watch the McAllen stop live at 4:30 p.m. (ET), February 25, at BillyGraham.org/Live.
Stop 3—Laredo, Texas: Laredo is the largest inland port for international trade along the border, with some 10,000 trucks crossing the city’s four bridges daily. Here, pedestrians and vehicles pass from the U.S. into Mexico. Ask God to use Franklin Graham and musical artists to powerfully share the Gospel in this city.
Stop 4—Eagle Pass, Texas: The Frontera Tour offers those who don’t know Jesus Christ an opportunity to surrender their lives to Him and encourage believers in their faith. Pray for the special guests Marcos Witt, Taya, Dennis Agajanian, and Jeremy Camp (in select cities) as they bring the Gospel through worship music.
Stop 5—Del Rio, Texas: Nearly 2,000-miles long, the Rio Grande is the third longest river in the continental U.S. and serves as the border between Texas and Mexico. In John 4:14, Jesus Christ explained the living water He provides: “Whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
Stop 6—Presidio, Texas: Hundreds of people along the 1,500 mile-route gathered at local churches for a Night of Prayer and Worship ahead of the Frontera Tour, including in Presidio. Will you join them in their prayer that God will move through the events and ignite a passion for evangelism within many believers and churches?
Stop 7—El Paso, Texas: El Paso is the largest U.S.-Mexican border city and is located in far west Texas, bordering New Mexico and Mexico. Ask God to bring new believers to maturity in their faith as they connect with a Bible-based church.
Stop 8—Tucson, Arizona: Like many of the stops on the tour, this city is a natural habitat for cacti and other desert vegetation. Are you experiencing a dry season in your faith? Be encouraged by this devotion from Will Graham on finding your purpose.
Stop 9—Yuma, Arizona: Yuma was once called the Gateway to the Great Southwest. Pray that many will find salvation in Jesus Christ who said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6-7, ESV).
Stop 10—Chula Vista, CA: This former agricultural city was regarded at the lemon capital of the world, and it lies between the San Diego Bay and coastal foothills. Please pray that God will provide a great harvest on each stop of the God Loves You Frontera Tour.
