Will Graham was the featured speaker at Trinity College's graduation ceremony on May 9.
Trinity College class of 2015 listens as Will Graham delivers the commencement address. Will said it was an "honor to address the students on such an important day." The ceremony was held at First Baptist Church of New Port Richey in Florida.
Will Graham spoke about time, the same theme his grandfather chose when he spoke at Will Graham's graduation from Liberty University in 1997. Will talked about making good use of every minute, since we aren't given much time during our short lives.
Will joked that he tried to keep his address short, since he was speaking on the value of time.
"I was surprised, honored, and humbled by receiving an honorary Doctorate of Divinity," Will Graham posted on his Facebook page.
Knowing his grandfather, Billy Graham, had attended school at Trinity College (back when it was called Florida Bible Institute), receiving the honorary degree was especially meaningful to Will, who has followed in his grandfather's and father's footsteps as an evangelist.
