After a massive rainstorm flooded eastern Kentucky and claimed at least 39 lives, Will Graham traveled to meet locals in Floyd and Breathitt counties.
While there, he ministered to the hurting community, and encouraged crisis-trained chaplains from the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team who are offering a listening ear and comfort to recovering communities.
“There’s a lot of [people] questioning God,” Graham said. “We have chaplains here to pray with people, minister to people but point them to Jesus.”
