It was a lively and powerful last night of the Håpets Festival (Festival of Hope) with Franklin Graham in Oslo, Norway, on Sunday. Several thousand people heard the Gospel, as well as much encouragement from musical artists and videos.

Franklin's message was interpreted in Norwegian so the whole crowd could understand.
Oslo is the capital of Norway and also its largest city. At the city's Opera House, people are actually encouraged to walk on the roof.

It's so important to tell children of God's wonderful works. "That the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children." —Psalm 78:6

Lacey Sturm
Lacey Sturm was at the Oslo Spektrum arena 10 years ago and said her prayer then was to see more people in that city claim Christ as Lord. Sunday, she returned to the arena and shared her story about being a 16-year-old who hated God. “I felt so empty, so numb, so dead,” she said. Then she encountered God Himself.

Many think truth is flexible as this sign in Oslo relays, but God's truth never changes. Franklin Graham emphasized Sunday night that "as culture changes, God doesn’t change."

For one song, the Tommy Coomes Band led Festival-goers in singing a verse in Norwegian.

Franklin Graham told every single person at Oslo's Spektrum arena just how much God cares for them. “He made you. He created you. He gave you a special genetic code. He gave you a fingerprint that nobody else has. … Of course you’re important to God!”
