PHOTOS: Chaplain Ministry in London After Deadly Attacks

Crisis-trained chaplains with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team spent time listening and talking with people in the aftermath of the June 3 terror attacks on London Bridge.
In spite of the often rainy skies, people came out to the vigil on Monday evening, June 5, and spent time reflecting at the memorial site.
“We’re here to offer people a listening ear and let them know they don’t stand alone,” said Nigel Fawcett-Jones, a crisis-trained chaplain who led the deployment.
This deployment marks the eighth time in 18 months that chaplains have ministered in Europe following tragedy.
People place tributes around a makeshift memorial in Potters Fields Park.
Chaplains shared the love of Christ by simply striking up conversation with people.
Chaplains also have offered a listening ear to law enforcement officials, many of whom worked long hours in the aftermath of the violence.
Please keep London in your prayers. Matthew 5:14 declares, "In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven."
