Crisis-trained chaplains with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team are in Nice, France, offering emotional and spiritual care in the aftermath of an attack that killed 84 people and wounded many more. Chaplains notably are visiting the memorials along the iconic Promenade des Anglais, where the apparent act of terrorism occurred.
