Billy Graham Library Celebrates Moms with Annual Breakfast & Tour

The Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, North Carolina, held its annual Mother's Day Breakfast and Tour on May 12 to celebrate moms in all stages of life.
Over 120 people attended the event where Franklin Graham's daughter-in-law, Donna, spoke about the importance of building families on God's Word. Donna is the wife of Franklin's son, Roy Graham.
Donna Graham shared practical ways to fill your home with the Gospel while making it applicable to children of all ages. For her, she said, success is raising her children to love Jesus Christ and God’s Word.
One guest said the message reminded her how vital it is to start early in sharing God's Word with your children.
For over half of those who came, the Mother's Day Breakfast marked their first visit to the Library.
Lisa Cooper, a worship leader at Lakeshore Christian Fellowship, got the women singing.
Tameka Thomas emceed the event, which drew people from several states, including Minnesota, New Jersey and California.
Donna Graham, far right, gave some funny examples of how we try to make our lives appear a certain way to others but how the road to get there isn't always so smooth.
Most stayed after the breakfast to take the Library's free Journey of Faith tour, which documents the life of Billy Graham and how God led him to share the Good News around the world. See what's coming up at the Library and plan your visit today.
