Q:

What is the battle of Armageddon?

A:

Regarding the battle of Armageddon, Mr. Graham has stated: “The Bible plainly forecasts the coming of yet another great war. It will be a war to eclipse anything the world has ever seen. It will embrace most of the nations of the world; and its focal point will be in the Middle East, where the armies of the world will some day deploy themselves, centering at Mount Megiddo. This great war has been called the battle of Armageddon. In the midst of this terrifying war that could destroy civilization the Lord Jesus Christ will return to this earth in glory and power to judge the nations of the world and set up His own glorious kingdom.

“The Scripture describes this great battle in the sixteenth chapter of the book of Revelation. The sixth angel will pour out his vial upon the great river Euphrates. We are told that the waters of the Euphrates River will be ‘dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.’ The dry riverbed will permit unhindered passage of the great armies of the East to the scene of the battle. Unclean spirits, demons, will go out into the world to the kings of the earth ‘to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty’ (verses 12-14).

“The armies of the world will focalize on a point known as Armageddon, the Mount of Megiddo, and there the final world conflict will take place. The extent of this conflict is indicated in the ninth chapter of Revelation, where the army that is to cross the Euphrates River is described; and in that chapter the immensity of this final world war is carefully described … We are aware of the shuffling of the stage in preparation for the greatest battle of all time that will certainly take place in the years ahead. The crisis of the present hour should shatter the optimism concerning human nature of every person listening to my voice. The only reliable hope for the future must be bound up in a living faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.”

Hi, Mr. Graham. I want to share with you that God has been good to my family. I’m so thankful to our Lord Jesus Christ. I know He will provide for my family. We have our financial troubles but I give them to God. He knows what we need. Thank you for being an example of how to follow Jesus. No one is perfect but you have given us a good sense of how to be like Jesus. May God bless you.

This is to be! With all the things happening with our country, our country elections, the laws that are letting unnatural things take place inside our schools, buisnesses, and other infrastructures of our society, that once stood up to this wickedness. Im for Jesus,I have my personal battles, and get tossed around sometimes, but in the end we must hold the word of the Lord close in our hearts

Well Mr. Graham, are we now living in the final days of what we call earth? And is Jesus making a return in the great month of September 2015? And is the greatest war in Israel started yet? I have heard many comments and opinions from so many and that’s why I come to you today, because I believe in your word, always have, and the love of Jesus too. I want some kinda way to make sense of this all because some many are not telling the truth about it. I would ask my dad who was a pastor for many years but he is now in heaven so I can only turn to you Mr.Graham. Thank you and have a blessed day…

Obviously it didn’t happen in 2015 because I’m writing in 2017 but nobody knows when that day will come. God only knows. His son doesn’t know neither does his army of angels. When he feels like it’s time he will decide. He plays that trumpet when he wants. If you are really interested look up signs of the rapture. 1) War 2) I think they are are people claiming to be Jesus ( I haven’t looked into that one) 3)Starvation,disease etc… 4) I’m not sure if this one is true but Christians may start to be slaughtered for their beliefs which is okay for us believers. I don’t think I got all of that right but I know I got the time question answered. Haha I’m only 13 so I haven’t lived long enough and done enough research about Christ to know a lot:)
