I have a physical disability that the doctor says will eventually cripple me. I can't face this. You'll probably tell me to turn to God, but what good will that do? God isn't going to heal me. I don't think He even cares.

God knows all about your situation, and I want to assure you that He knows your frustration and even your anger. But He also loves you, and because He loves you He wants to help you and encourage you every day. The Bible says, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Let me ask you a question: Will it be better for you to go through life’s hard times with God—or without Him? Without Him you’ll be left to your own resources—but are they enough to see you through the struggles you’re likely to face? I think you know the answer. Tragically, you would end up facing the future “without hope and without God in the world” (Ephesians 2:12).

But it doesn’t need to be this way! God loves us—and we know this not because life is perfect, but because He sent His only Son into the world to give us hope. Jesus would never have gone to the cross and given His life for you if God didn’t love you. But He does love you, and through Christ’s death and resurrection you can have hope—hope today, and hope for eternity.

By a simple prayer of faith ask Christ to come into your life today. Then thank Him for His love for you, and learn to experience His presence every day. God’s promise is for you: “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you. … The Lord is my helper” (Hebrews 13:5-6).

Have you trusted Christ with everything?

I know exactly how you feel. I have a totally rebuilt back with thirty screws and six rods and they paralyzed my left Leg I am sick of doctors, surgeons, pharmacists, etc. I have been butchered, and nothing else can be done. Seven surgeries is enough to kill a person. So I live in unbearable Pain constantly. But I KNOW, I KNOW, IF I AM HEALED THIS SIDE OF HEAVEN, IT WILL NOT BE ANY DOCTOR, IT WILL BE GOD. HE has me in a trial or a test, and His Word says He watches how we act during these tests. So Heaven is my goal. With His grace and His Holy Spirit…I will make Heaven. Keep your Faith in Him. It works in His timing, not ours. His will not ours. In Jesus name amen

I struggle everyday. I have ms, in wheelchair. I had a accident on my job in 2010, in 2013 diagnosed with ms. I been struggling since I was a young man. I gave my life to Christ but I feel that am lost. I have anger issues, pain killer, lust, porn since I was a young man. why do we have to go through so much in life?

    1. j Joseph says:

I have struggled with pornography too, but every time you can, you have to stop pretending and start again. everything happens in time with persistence and patience. with God with Jesus Christ all things are made in new. I feel for you because I struggle from the same thing. God work with me everyday even in my weakness his strength is made perfect.

  9. Elizabeth McPhee says:

Why would you think that God would not heal you?? Would a God who’s son died to set all man free withhold healing from that same man?? NO. Jesus showed us the kingdom when he walked the earth and in that unveiling he healed….then the scriptures tell us that by his stripes we are healed. So if you believe in him then you are healed but manifestation of that healing comes from speaking truth over yourself and faith in what you speak. If you are unsaved and do not walk with the Lord, he will heal you just ask and if you don’t have faith to believe that then find someone who does….he wants to show you his love through healing you of what the devil is stealing from you-your health because he loves you so. Either way, the choice is yours.
