Rock the Lakes: Will You Pray With Us?

By   •   August 15, 2011

Would you be part of an important behind-the-scenes prayer team later this month? I’ll be preaching several times in Milwaukee and Denver August 20–21 and 27–28.

We will be in a battle for the souls of another generation, and each time I stand up to proclaim the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, crucified, buried, and risen, my team will be behind the stage standing in a circle praying.

I need your prayers as well.

Prayer is vital at every evangelistic Crusade because eternity is at stake for many who have come, and “my heart’s desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved” (Romans 10:1, ESV).

Hundreds of churches in each city are inviting their nonbelieving friends to hear the life-changing message of salvation. Pray for the churches, that as the buses come, they will be filled not just with Christians, but with Christians and their lost friends.

After Rock the Lakes in Milwaukee and Rock the Range in Denver, I will be going north to Canada, to the Great Plains, to preach at Rock the River in Winnipeg.

Thank you for your support. If God enables you to help financially as well, your gift will be a lasting investment in reaching our nation and our world for Jesus Christ.

May God bless you,
Franklin Graham Signature
President

Rock the Lakes, which will be held at Veterans Park, includes two full days of high-energy music along with messages from Franklin Graham. Rock, hip-hop and popular Christian music artists performing at the event include Skillet, Lecrae, The Almost, The Afters, Michael W. Smith, Charlie Daniels and Canton Jones. There will also be a KidzFest program Saturday morning for children featuring God Rocks. Don’t miss the Haiti Experience, a live interactive display that highlights ongoing ministry efforts, and the Ransom tent, showcasing our media outreach for young adults.

Watch all of the excitement LIVE from Rock the Lakes! Log on to billygraham.org/rockthelakes on Saturday, Aug. 20, from 5 to 10:30 p.m. (ET), 4 to 9:30 p.m. in Milwaukee for web streaming. Watch on Sunday, Aug. 21, 5 to 8:30 p.m. (ET), 4 to 7:30 p.m. in Milwaukee.

We all need to be spreading the good news about Jesus on the internet, the streets, work place, because time is running out. I hope to be helping y'all on the internet soon as I hear from you. I do love sharing the gospel, and praying for and with the lost. May God bless everyone of you. Please tell Mr. Billy that all of us will be praying for him. Your brother in Christ. John

I'm with you in prayers for those souls who still need our prayers no matter where the distance is praying, because God reaches to all and I'm with you in prayers for those souls who still need our prayers no matter where the distance is praying, because God reaches to all and prayers reach the blessings of the Lord. Although the distance is long and where I am not the same language, God is there and for the sake of the righteous on Earth
