Smiles filled the Fukuoka Kokusai Center throughout the weekend at the Celebration of Hope.

Jason Standridge, an American who pitches for the SoftBank Hawks in Fukuoka, shared his story each night with the crowd. "I play for the SoftBank Hawks, but I also play for Jesus," he said.
Alfie Silas Durio, who also sings with the Tommy Coomes Band at Franklin Graham events, was a crowd favorite in Fukuoka.

The Celebration extended far beyond Fukuoka with people from other cities and countries also in attendance.
Some 1,400 people attended a ladies luncheon and banquet held Friday to build excitement about the Celebration of Hope.
Dr. Robert Cunville, an associate evangelist for BGEA, preached during the women's luncheon Friday.

Many responded to the invitation at the Celebration, accepting Jesus into their lives.

More than 10,000 people attended events across three days for the Celebration of Hope with Will Graham in Fukuoka, Japan. Franklin Graham will follow Will’s event with a Festival in Sapporo, Japan, in May.
