Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin told the crowd about her faith in Jesus Christ before granting Franklin Graham honorary Oklahoma citizenship. Franklin said he asked the governor if that would get him out of a speeding ticket, should he ever get pulled over. The answer was "no."
