Share What He Has Done

January 29, 2013

I will declare thy name unto my brethren . . .
–Psalm 22:22

There are those near you in your own community who need the regenerating power of Christ. You can call them by name. I suggest that you make a list and begin by spending time in prayer for them. Ask God to show you how to witness to them and how to win them. Their lives can be transformed by the message you give them. You are to share this Gospel you have received. If Christ has done anything for you, then share it. In so doing, you are showing mercy! As you have received the mercy of God by the forgiveness of sin and the promise of eternal life—thus you are to show mercy! And in showing mercy you will not only receive mercy but you will find a stimulating happiness!

Prayer for the day

As I close my eyes in prayer, let me see the faces of those who need to know You, beloved Savior.

I am a sinner saved by grace! God took me from a thief, drug addict, drunkard, liar to be a Sunday School Teacher for youth and preteens. I love everything God has done for me, though I do not deserve it. Thank you God for saving a wretch like me.

My son was hit by a drunk driver on March 16, 2010. Looking at the truck on our way home from the hospital on March 20, 2010 I knew God had put His hand around him. God is everywhere and loves us all so much.

God has personally given miracles to me to save my life and done miraculous things so many times that it is unbelievable. Friends want me to write a book. After years of contemplation, deciding from decision that led Satan to attack. God saves me.

by the mercy and love our lord and father God Almighty delivered me from alcohol and tobacco, after 40yrs and 35yrs drinking like a fish. I qiiiiiiiuit drinking onmay 10th, in dec smoking not enough room for me to tell gods story.

Christ has been so merciful for me in 2012. My husband, who is Christian, wanted a divorce. He threatened to take away the kids but God had other plans: we separated for 2 months and are now back to happily married since august 2012.

My God has protected me from becoming an alcoholic even though I grew up with an alcoholic Dad and A drug addicted Mom..God protected me from rape and an abduction.. My God has protected me from abuse and neglect. My God has delivered me from evil.

I have abuse (many forms), alcoholism, dysfunction (family issues), lose of only child, many health issues and now diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, etc... And I would not be alive today if not for Jesus!

Witnessing can be difficult particularly if the hearer appears uninterested. However we are only called to plant the seed .....God will water it.

When given the priviledge of witnessing to a lost soul, prayerfully ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. The right words will be revealed when needed.
