"Log In" and "Your Account"
When you place your first order with Grason, we will ask for your name, address and other required information to process your order. That is why we ask you to "Log In" and create a new account. This information is then stored securely on our site. Once your personal information is saved on our site (under the registered user menu), your orders can be processed very quickly because your name and address information will be automatically filled in each time you place an order. Once you have logged in, our site will remember you each time you visit unless you log out.

Any information you enter can be changed on the registered user menu page by entering the new information in place of the old information and clicking the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page.

Ordering Products
Ordering products is easy with our online shopping cart! Browse products using the left navigation bar to select a specific product group. You may then select your desired item from the display page. Once you arrive at an individual product detail page, click on "Add to Shopping Cart" to begin the ordering process. Products are instantly added to your cart and a summary of total items and price is shown in the “My Shopping Cart” area.

Changing Your Current Online Order
After choosing an item to purchase, you can click on “View Shopping Cart” to view all items you have chosen. There you can adjust quantities or remove items from your cart (by clicking on "Remove"). If you make any quantity changes to your cart, be sure to click on "Update Quantity" so those changes are saved.

Searching for Products
Looking for a specific product, topic, author or artist? You can conduct a product search at any time during your shopping session by using the search field located near the top left of most pages. Simply enter key words (such as the desired author or title) in the open text box and click on the button just to the right.

"View Cart" (Reviewing Your Order)
You can view your cart at any time by clicking on “View Cart” in the “My Shopping Cart” box, near the top right corner of the page.

Purchasing Products
Once you've placed one or more items into your cart, you can complete a purchase at any time during your shopping session by clicking on the “Checkout” button (when you are viewing your cart) or on the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the "My Shopping Cart" area (when you are viewing a product detail page). The purchase process will quickly take you through five steps before your shopping session is completed. These steps are:

1. Shipping Address
2. Shipping Method
3. Billing Address
4. Confirm Order
5. Print Receipt
