Do you want to see people’s lives impacted and changed?

Are you passionate about sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with people who don’t know Him?

Would you like to learn how to effectively share your faith?

Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity where you can minister to people from all over the country and the world?

Please prayerfully consider joining our Library volunteer team. As with many BGEA outreach efforts, we need dedicated volunteers with a passion for evangelism to serve with us. We are looking for men and women 18 years old or older who live in the greater Charlotte area and have a Christian testimony. Library volunteers should enjoy working with people, be able to be on their feet for 4 hours (breaks will be provided) and should be able to commit to volunteering a minimum of 12 hours a month.

From welcoming guests with warm smiles, to directing them to exhibits or praying with those making decisions for Christ, Library volunteers have the opportunity to ensure a friendly and inspiring experience as they share the Good News of God’s love through their service to Library visitors. Those who join us in this outreach will be greatly blessed by the extensive training they receive and the joy of seeing lives transformed by Jesus Christ. If you would like more information about this exciting ministry, please fill out our volunteer application. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to talk more about this opportunity. Thank you for prayerfully considering joining our Library volunteer team!

Ruth’s Attic

“I love the paint of words,” Ruth Bell Graham once wrote in an early poem. Her affection for literature and her devotion to God often flowed together, and she surrounded herself and her family with books filled with enchanting stories, hard-won life lessons, and deep wells of faith.

In that spirit, Ruth’s Attic is named to honor Ruth Bell Graham’s lifelong love of the printed page. The bookstore offers unique gifts as well as rare and special editions written by Billy and Ruth Graham. Visitors will also find many foundational works on evangelism by enduring authors, along with other Christian classics and even a few of Ruth’s personal favorites.
