The BGEAC main office is located in Calgary, Alberta. The main function of this office is to receive and receipt donations from across Canada, to respond to donor requests and concerns, and to act as a Canadian liaison for other BGEA ministries and departments. There is also a small World Wide Pictures office, which is responsible for booking public performance film and video rentals and fulfilling orders.

Volunteers are positioned at various stations throughout the Library complex and have the opportunity to interact with our visitors/guests and help facilitate their overall experience.
